Delivery & Returns
When will I receive my order?
All items are offered via our sustainable made-to-order model. This means we operate on an on-demand manufacturing basis. Once you have placed your order, full payment will be taken and your items should reach you within 2 weeks. We will aim to dispatch your order within our stated times, but please note there may be some delay in arrival beyond our control due to the impact of COVID19 on courier services.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once we have shipped your order you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping. Please refer to the Taxes and Duties section.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For UK Mainland orders we charge a flat rate of £5.00 for shipping.
For International orders the exact cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and will be dependant on your location.Please note that our International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. You can contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.

Taxes and Duties
As a customers you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If your order is returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, and shipping charges, the charges incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.
What is your returns and refund policy?
We hope that you love your purchase, but in the instance that you don't we will work closely with you to resolve any issues. We offer refunds subject to the below conditions outlined below:
1. Items must be returned unworn and free of odour within 28 days in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials including Laiq Lounge hang tag labels.
2. The seal on the security tag must not be broken or show any signs of tampering. We have purposely made the tags long so that items can be tried on without needing to remove the tag.
3. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return (Order No. ####)", and let us know the reason for the refund request. We will reply with return instructions. Please note that customers are liable for the return shipping cost, and this will be deducted from your refund amount.
In order for a full refund to be issued, items must be returned to us in a resell-able condition as outlined above. Refunds will usually be processed within 1 week of the item arriving at our hub. Your bank may take up to 10 working days to return the refund depending on their processing times.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order business model, we are unable to guarantee that alternative sizing will always be available. Please email email@example.com with your order details and we will do our best to assist. To avoid disappointment please refer to the guidance in our size chart before making a purchase.
